Assigning a Terminal/Domicile Number

This article mainly applies to FedEx contractors, however if you have created custom location groups for your vehicles the same process applies.

Step 1:

After logging into your Truckspy account, select the Vehicles tab on the left.

Step 2:

In the vehicles list, select the one you want to edit.

Step 3:

Notice the Domicile Location listed in the Vehicle Information section. To assign this truck to a different location, click Assign.

Step 4:

Type the new location/terminal number in the box and select the correct one from the list.

📖Note: (For FedEx Contractors) We do our best to keep our database up to date with existing FedEx locations, however if you are assigning trucks to a new location it may not yet be in our system. If the desired location does not appear in the list, please notify support, providing the domicile/terminal number AND street address so we can add the new domicile locations to our database.

Step 5:

Click Save. The domicile has now been updated for this vehicle. The assigned location will now be displayed in the Domicile column in the Vehicles tab.
