Reports in Truckspy are generally available in 3 different file types. Here's what you can expect for each:
💡Short on time? Watch the 2 minute video version:
When a single entity (vehicle, driver) is ran the excel will have a single sheet containing that report. When multiple entities (drivers, vehicles) are generated the excel will have a sheet per entity.
When a single entity (vehicle, driver) is run the pdf will contain the single report. When multiple entities are run on the report, each individual pdf report is just combined into one long pdf.
This file type cannot be generated for a single entity. When multiple entities are generated, each report pdf will be put into the zip file as a separate file. If the report type is Individual Vehicle Mileage Report and the customer has enabled grouping by domicile then a folder will be created for each domicile and a folder will be added for 'ALL_Domiciles' which contains all reports regardless of domicile. Each folder will also have an 'all.pdf' that is one long pdf with all reports in that folder.
📖Note: Regarding zip files for IVMR reports, reports for trucks that are NOT assigned to a domicile will be included in the 'ALL_Domiciles' folder.
