Ultimately, this happens because the device provider is slow at sending us data in time for us to process and send in the weekly report. So, in this case, we emailed you the report ending on Monday, but the truck’s ELD then sent additional data to the device provider that belonged in the “already sent” weekly report. Truckspy then automatically updates the proper report, as part of the sync process, with the current data and odometer readings. Truckspy sends an additional audit report when the weekly ending and starting mileage do not match. This is an automatic report that is currently unavailable as a manually run report.
