When one of your trucks has a data error, it simply means that some raw data has come from the device provider - e.g., Omnitracs, XRS, or PeopleNet, that we can't reliably put on the IVMR. So when we encounter the error, we stop putting miles on the IVMR - we've learned it is better not to show any miles than show miles that are completely incorrect. Any time an error is encountered, we continue to store GPS data for that truck, so when the error is correct, the reports will automatically populate with the remaining mileage data.
