As an FMCSA-approved ELD provider, we are mandated to follow guidelines that dictate how this technology works. Eliminate the likelihood of data loss during automatic app updates by logging out of your tablet at the end of your shift.
Assuming you have the correct tablet in the correct truck and are logged in, tap on Hours of Service. Towards the top of the screen, you will see your current status.
- Grey - Off Duty & Sleeper
- Yellow - On Duty
- Green - Driving
Tapping on your current status will open a popup that will update your current status once complete. Tap on your desired status, type your odometer if missing, type the annotation, and then tap save.
📖NOTE: You will automatically switch to Driving once the system detects truck movement of 5 mph or more.
⚠️MAKE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR STATUS WHEN YOU’RE DONE DRIVING
