While you or a TruckSpy administrator have the ability to edit logs, it is highly recommended that your fleet manager be the only one to perform an edit when needed. While multiple persons can edit a log, only a driver can approve the edit. A small icon resembling a speech bubble will appear in the blue bar next to the connection (or Bluetooth) icon at the top right of the tablet.
1 Selecting the icon will then show the log edits made and the need for your approval.
2 Selecting “Accept” will show the Log screen of comparisons between the edits.
3 Accepting the edits will then be applied to your Record of Duty Status.
