- Login into the Truckspy application & select Trip
- You will then see your listed Trips -

- P = Pickup and D = Delivery
- Select Start Trip in the lower right corner
- The first trip will be highlighted, and two buttons will display:
Select I’m Here when you arrive at the destination.
You will then be notified that “You need to scan all parcels registered for this stop”:
- Two green circles will display in the lower-left corner of the scheduled stop:

- Paperclip - used for attaching documents to the order
- Barcode - used for package scanning
- Select the Green circle with the Barcode - This activates the Scanner
- Select the up arrow at the bottom of the screen to display the list of packages you are to scan
- Line the Scanner with the BarCode to scan the first item. The top of the screen tracks the number of packages scanned and if the scan was successful
- A Green light and ding indicate a successful scan.
- A Red light and error (buzzer) tone indicates an unsuccessful scan.
⚠️NOTE: Scanning the same barcode more than once will cause an error
- Barcodes that are ripped or on odd shaped items may need to be manually entered into the system. This is done by selecting the Pencil next to the item needing to be scanned and manually entering the barcode. Tapping on the Value field will open the keyboard. Enter the barcode number and select Submit.
- Select the Submit button located at the top right of the screen when all the listed items have been scanned / entered into the system.
- You will then be taken back to the original Pickup or Delivery screen. Select I’m Loaded, or if making a Delivery, the I’m Done button.
- Select the Submit button at the bottom of the screen when all Pickup and Deliveries are completed. This will end the session and take you back to the main Truckspy screen.
