Updating the MGB Connector in Truckspy

FedEx requires contractors to change their MyGroundBiz password every 90 days.   Updating the FedEx site password also requires updating your MGB password in Truckspy.  This is a simple process and is done by following these steps:

1. Login to your TruckSpy account> select Configuration > Integrations from the left menu list
2. In the Connections box, Select the MGB connection name (in Blue text)

3. Select Edit, located at the top right of the Connection Information window
4. Select and highlight the encrypted text in Username.
   • Re-enter your FedEx ID number.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must re-enter your FedEx ID for your connection to update properly. Skipping this step will lead to a broken connection. 

5. Select and highlight the encrypted text in the Password box.
   • Enter your updated FedEx password.

6. Select the blue Save button located at the top of the Connection Information window 

📖NOTE: The Truckspy integration connects to your FedEx account nightly to bring in data. You should check the following day to ensure the MGB integration is working.
